Balance your hormones: This has become a huge area of popularity in our world today as we are exposed to so many hormone disruptors throughout our daily routine (HELLO fast food, screen time, additives/fillers, sedentary behavior, chemicals etc.), which tend to be a huge underlying cause of why we feel lethargic, fatigued, irritable, unbalance, unwell etc., and this is also why this has become a focus in my program!
Boost your metabolism: I've heard it all "I'm getting older so my metabolism just naturally sucks" OR "eat it while you can, your metabolism is just going to get worse" OKAY NO! These are not facts, slow metabolism is often times the result of poor eating habits & poor food choices. We're going to change that when you start working with me & were going to boost that metabolism WITHOUT medications!
Hit your goal weight: Whether that is weight loss or weight gain, the proper program is what you need in order to accomplish that goal. WHAT Does It Entail
This comprehensive one on one coaching program will help you overcome your barriers, taking you from a place of not knowing where to start, to absolutely glowing from the inside out!!
This program will help you re-discover what your body needs in terms of style of workout program and type of eating plan to create sustainable, life long habits, helping you transition into the best version of yourself!
INITIAL QUESTIONNAIRE: To kick off the program I will send you my intake forms for you to complete so that I can better gauge your current level of health/fitness & where you want to go with my program.
FORMAL BI-WEEKLY 1:1 PLANNING: Throughout the term of your program, we will have a set day, every two weeks where we will complete a more formal check in with guided questions & 1:1 support to determine next step planning, in addition to more casual weekly check ins directly through the app. Together these conversations & check ins ensure that you are always fully supported and have all the accountability that you need in order to stay on track!
ACCESS TO MY APP “HEXFIT”: Download onto any smart device, with this app you will have access to all of your workouts, goals that we have set & messaging directly to me so that you always have the support that you need throughout this journey!
ACCESS TO NUTRITION RESOURCES: Depending on your goals, we will decide when it is appropriate to begin talking about, and implementing nutrition services. Food journaling, recipe booklets, meal plans, FAQS and tips are all included in your monthly cost.
RESOURCES: Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, The Gold Standard Of Exercise Medicine, toolkit worksheets to work on everything from mindset training & goal setting to tracking physical & nutritional wins!
REAL LIFE APPLICATION: ALLLL of my methods work in real life, the changes & goals that we set will not force you to do a complete 180, will be family friendly and will be implemented on a gradual basis in order to ensure sustainability.
FOLLOWING COMPLETION: After completing your program, you will have the option to resign the same contract at 10% off if we feel that we still have more work to do together OR will have the option to transition into a maintenance program at a discounted cost, with all the same great resources but slightly less 1:1 touch points!
