Hi! I'm Jaimee, Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist, Nutrition Coach AND your new Fitness & Nutrition Coach. With my fail proof coaching program, I specialize in helping driven women just like yourself, heal their relationships with food & work towards building their dream bod!
From the days of my own athletic endeavors, I've had a passion for fitness & health, and even more so a passion for showing others how they too can attain better fitness & health without completely changing their routines.
Backed by education (Bachelors degree in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta, Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification with a High Performance Specialization though the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology & Licensed Holistic Nutrition Counselling diploma), I can confidently say that my programming is one of a kind, and is specifically designed to fit into your life, not the other way around!
